Canada Business Holdings Inc. (CBH) is establishing a specialized professional team to manage and expand the CBH-IPAM™ Authorized Implementation Partner Program, serving organizations involved in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP/P3), infrastructure development, project finance, concessions, major-project delivery, and long-term asset management.

4. Due Diligence, Risk & Compliance Manager
5. Training, Assessment & Certification Manager

7. Program Analyst / Project Coordinator

CBH will also engage specialist support in Legal & Intellectual Property and Finance, Licensing & Royalty Administration.

Who We Are Looking For

Depending on the position, successful candidates should possess relevant university qualifications in engineering, infrastructure, finance, economics, business administration, law, project management, risk, compliance, or related disciplines, together with approximately 3–20 years of professional experience appropriate to the seniority of the role.

Experience in one or more of the following will be highly valued:

• PPP/P3, BOT, BOOT, DBFOM and concessions
• Major infrastructure and capital projects
• Project finance and financial modelling
• EPC, O&M and lifecycle asset management
• Government procurement and public-sector projects
• Corporate due diligence, risk and compliance
• International business development and partnerships
• Professional training, assessment and certification
• Intellectual property and licensing
